The particularities of the calculation and of the cost reduction in lignite production

In the market economy, the entities are, in an objective way, obliged to be preoccupied with the reduction of costs, taking into consideration the relationship of independence and indirect proportionality between the level of production costs and profit. The laws of competition oblige to the limitation of the waste channels, to the introduction of performant tehnological and tehnical solutions, to the systematic development of the work productivity. Because of this, we appreciated that is advisable that also in the extraction of lignite, we should determine a correct production cost, according to which should be possible the identification of the cost optimization possibilities. On the other hand, the effective cost of the lignite has a major importance because it represents the price which is registered in the accountancy, and, at the same time, through its size, concreted in stocks, it influences the total of the circulant actives and the net active, and the financial result of the exercise. These aspects can be arguments for the option of approaching this work’s theme, in which there are analised the following problems: the general structure and the particularities of the production cost in lignite extraction and the directions for the minimization of the effective production cost, including for the applying of the standard-cost method.lignite stocks, production costs, actual cost, standard cost, cost reduction.

Conservative surgical treatment in cervical dysplastic lesions associated with cystorectocele

The treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia aims at removing the squamocolumnar junction area, including abnormal tissues, up to the healthy tissue. Old postpartum perineal tears associated with cystorectocele, hypertrophic cervical elongation, and first and second degree uterine prolapse are pelvic static disorders. Particular aspects of pelvic-genital static disorder are related to the vulnerability of the pelvic-perineal floor during birth. On the occasion of birth, especially when there are different forms of dystocia during labor, the degradation of soft pelvic, genital, and vaginal-perineal tissues can occur. The objective of this study was to re-evaluate the conservative treatment of cervical dysplasia, depending on the degree of cervical lesions, the surface extension, the age of the patients, and the pathology associated with cervical lesions – colpocele, cystorectocele, and urinary incontinence in the old postpartum perineal tears. In order to solve the three types of concomitant lesions, we used the Manchester operation: the anterior colporrhaphy with the recalibration of the urethra and the suspension of the cystocele, the minimal colpectomy, the lesional cervical amputation with the anterior fixation of the parameters, and the posterior colpoperineorrhaphy with high myorrhaphy of the levator ani muscles. The decision on the management of cervical dysplasia has taken into account the degree of cervical lesions, the extension on the surface, the patients’ age and the pregnancy planning, and the pathology associated with cervical lesions. The Manchester operation is a conservative surgical procedure, effective in women under 45 years old, multiparous, with present genital activity, with dysplastic cervical lesions and cystorectocele. It also solves cystorectocele, cervical dysplasia, hypertrophic cervical elongation, and first and second degree uterine prolapse

HIDDEN COSTS AND SOCIAL CONTROL MANAGEMENT

Social control management differs from classical management control, as operating in a different environment, the people activities and relationships that are established in the organization around the production. Knowledge of wage and social costs of enterprise has two features that make them an exciting scientific approach: it combines chance and necessity. From a certain point of view, there are certain technical and legal issues, arithmetic rules of behaviour developments of wages fund that show the required area. On the other hand there is the variety of players, of behaviors, the effects of training and experience, whose objective quantification is not possible. It thus falls in appreciable, where modeling is impossible. The paper lies in the foreground and shows how, through techniques of analysis of the differences of accounting, can give a sense of the salary fund by decomposing and isolating of a certain number of basic causes or explanatory factors grouped by nature.social management, fund wages, changes, shaping, scorecard

Qualitative Marketing Research Through Usability Testing

    Get PDF
Usability is an attribute of any good product, just as its functionality. It refers mainly to the utility of a product for its indented users, as well as to its ease of use. And whilst a correct functionality is critical for the commercial success of any product, its value comes through the human needs that it fulfills, which is determined through various marketing research techniques. In parallel, the IT&C community has developed in the last two decades its own type of research, called usability testing, used mainly to evaluate interface ease of use and all usability problems associated with.software products. This article aims at finding the right place for usability testing and usability professionals in the marketing community, as well as drawing a wider picture, from a marketing research perspective, on one of the most popular topics in IT&C community for the benefit of marketing scholars and professionals

The attribute of compatibility between the process of organization and the function of human resources

The evolution of the organizational forms has seen quite dynamic in recent years, registered trends being observed in the enterprise subsystems. The human resources function, a subsystem in continuous development since the 1990s, is subjected to changes such as decentralization, hierarchical reduction and resizing, as a consequence of its missions delegation both inside and outside the organization. Approach: These changes are exacerbated by the emergence of new techniques of information and communication (NTIC), which change the context in which human resources function evolves. The need to adapt the development of human resources function to the enterprises’ strategy causes a strategic alignment requirement. Results: The functions' content will also be modified, in the direction of what may designate e-Human Resources, characterized by the increasing role of the Intranet, the use of the NTIC in supporting activities such as e-recruiting and e-learning. Conclusion/Recommendations: The article highlights the need for consistency between the process of organization and the function of human resources, the necessary compatibility in the sense that it is not possible to examine the evolution of an enterprise independent of the characteristics of the enterprises the organization is part of.peer-reviewe

A Parallel between Laser Irradiation and Relativistic Electrons Irradiation of Solids

    Get PDF
The investigation of the thermal field distribution in a material sample irradiated by a laser beam or an electron beam with the energy of a few MeV appears as a demand for all kinds of experiments that involve irradiation. When investigating the effects of accelerated electrons on a target, it is necessary to figure out the temperature rise in the target. Also during irradiation with laser beams, it is important to know the thermal behavior of the target. A parallel between laser and electron beam irradiation is also made. The results are very interesting. Also, a very interesting case of cluster nano-particles (20–100 nm; inserted in a Cu surface) heated with a laser beam is tacking in to account

Analysis of Competitiveness Impact on Sustainable Economic Growth

    Get PDF
Competitiveness at micro level is dependent on macroeconomic competitiveness and vice versa. SMEs in a poorly developed country do not have the power to compete in international markets, and a country can not achieve sustainable growth without competitive SMEs. This link justifies the European Union's efforts to support growth and sustainable development by maximizing the importance of SMEs in the economy. Therefore, in this paper, we propose to conduct an analysis that addresses the issue of competitiveness from the perspective of macroeconomic stability and gross domestic product growth over a period of 17 years (January 1, 2000 - October 31, 2017), quarterly values. In other words, we want to see the impact of competitiveness, measured by the indicators: exchange rate, inflation, interest rate, unemployment rate, volume of imports and export volume, on the evolution of gross domestic product
